DELIVERY

As each product is made to order using largely traditional techniques, manufacturing and delivery times will vary considerably according to the complexity of the project. We are happy to work closely with clients to reach the most effective arrangement.

• Standard delivery time from receipt of deposit to delivery to your door is 6 weeks (42 days)
• If we fail to meet a promised delivery time we will offer a discount on the whole order of up to 5%
• Faster delivery can be negotiated for some orders if required
• Your order is insured from our factory to the point of delivery
• We package each delivery securely and our hauliers will help with unloading and paperwork on arrival
